Project examples

Focused support for defined Amazon work

These are examples of projects I can help with. Have something else in mind? Tell me what you need, and I’ll confirm whether it’s a fit.

A Marketplace Project can address a specific execution need without turning it into an ongoing management engagement. The final deliverables are confirmed in writing for your account.

1

Listings and Amazon SEO

Creation or updates for listing titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and related on-page SEO elements included in the accepted scope.

2

Listing-image improvements

Defined improvements to listing-image content or presentation, based on the products, source assets, and production needs confirmed during scoping.

3

A+ Content

Planning, copy, and production for agreed A+ Content modules using the approved products, assets, and brand direction.

4

Brand Store pages

Creation or improvement of defined Brand Store pages, with page count, assets, destinations, and review steps set in the written scope.

5

Variations and catalog work

Defined variation work or catalog troubleshooting for identified products and issues, subject to Amazon systems, policies, and decisions.

6

Product-launch preparation

Agreed launch-readiness work across listings, content, catalog setup, and marketplace coordination. Advertising management is scoped separately when needed.

Process

From inquiry to a defined handoff

Every project begins with enough context to confirm the work responsibly. No implementation begins until the written scope and fixed quote are accepted.

1

Inquiry

Share the outcome, affected products, current issue, and any relevant constraints.

2

Written scope

Receive a defined set of deliverables, assumptions, timing, and a fixed quote.

3

Approval

Confirm the scope, provide required access and assets, and complete the agreed payment steps.

4

Implementation

Work is completed against the accepted deliverables and approval process.

5

Handoff

Receive the completed work and the project-specific closeout identified in the scope.

Scoping factors

What determines the project scope

The written scope considers

  • Requested deliverables
  • Number of affected products
  • Catalog or creative complexity
  • Available client assets
  • Required account access
  • Review and approval needs
  • Amazon dependencies
  • Account and marketplace coverage

Revision default: Projects typically include one consolidated revision round unless the written scope states otherwise. Provider-error corrections do not consume that round.

Service fit

Choose defined project work or ongoing support

Marketplace Projects are built for a specific task. Use another service when the need is a packaged Reset or recurring management.

Defined task

Amazon Marketplace Projects

Best for a clearly defined listing, creative, catalog, variation, Store, or launch-preparation project.

Packaged implementation

45-Day Efficiency Reset

Best for a packaged 45-day advertising and priority-listing engagement: the 45-Day Efficiency Reset.

Advertising every month

Amazon Ads Management

Best for recurring Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands management within agreed campaign capacity.

Broader monthly execution

Full Amazon Account Management

Best for coordinated advertising, listings, creative, catalog, and marketplace operations within a defined monthly scope.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before requesting a project

What assets or information will I need to provide?

The requirements depend on the project. Your written scope identifies the product information, existing images or brand assets, account access, reports, approvals, and other inputs needed before work begins. New image or video production is included only when it is expressly listed as a deliverable.

How many revisions are included, and how long will the project take?

Projects typically include one consolidated revision round unless the written scope states otherwise. Provider-error corrections do not consume that round. Review responsibilities, dependencies, and timing are confirmed in the accepted written scope for the specific project.

Can every catalog or variation issue be resolved?

No. Amazon controls its catalog, support systems, policy decisions, and processing times. The scope can define investigation, submission, follow-up, or other agreed work, but it cannot guarantee that Amazon will approve a request or produce a particular platform outcome.

What happens if additional work is discovered?

Work outside the accepted scope is described and agreed in writing before it begins. No automatic extra charge or expanded deliverable is created solely because another issue is discovered.

Can you support Vendor Central or broader account coverage?

Yes, when the need can be responsibly scoped. Vendor Central, additional marketplaces, additional accounts, and broader account coverage require individual scoping and custom pricing.
