Specialist-led process
How Your Blueprint Is Built
Supporting tools may assist with organizing evidence and checking patterns. The process below shows how evidence becomes prioritized recommendations.
Understand the business
Review goals, account history, constraints, and priorities.
Examine account evidence
Assess relevant reports and check figures supporting material findings.
Apply specialist judgment
Select priority ASINs in consultation with the client and determine recommended actions.
Explain the decisions
Deliver findings, supporting data, and a live review session.
What we examine
Six connected areas of Amazon performance
The Blueprint screens the account broadly, then applies deeper analysis to selected priority parent ASINs. It is a diagnostic and planning engagement, not an implementation project.
Advertising
High-level screening of up to 50 qualifying campaigns, covering structure, efficiency, targeting, search terms, budget allocation, and performance patterns.
Listings and SEO
Detailed findings for up to five selected priority parent ASINs, covering listing content, keyword relevance, discoverability, indexing signals, backend search terms when authorized data is available, and evidence-supported opportunity themes.
Conversion and content
Detail-page clarity, imagery, A+ Content, Brand Store alignment, content quality, and conversion obstacles.
Catalog health
Report-based screening of up to 30 active parent ASINs for parent-child structure, catalog consistency, suppressed content, and structural risks.
Inventory and operations
Inventory constraints, operational friction, and risks that may limit advertising or growth.
Growth opportunities
High-impact priorities, dependencies, sequencing considerations, and areas that warrant further investment.
What you will receive
A practical decision framework for the next 90 days
The Blueprint turns a broad account review into specific priorities that your team or a future implementation partner can act on.
Discuss the Findings and Decisions
The included 60-minute findings review is time to discuss priorities, evidence, tradeoffs, business constraints, and next steps. Booking, session-completion, and written-clarification windows are described in the FAQs below.

How are the screening limits defined?
A qualifying advertising campaign is one with spend during the 90 calendar days before the agreed assessment data cutoff. An active parent ASIN has at least one child ASIN sold or advertised during that same period. Advertising screening is high level, and catalog screening is report based. The limits do not imply 50 detailed campaign audits or 30 individual SEO audits.
How are priority products and variations selected?
Up to five priority parent ASINs, selected by The AMZ Specialist in consultation with you, receive detailed SEO, conversion, content, and performance assessments. Each selected parent may include up to five representative child ASINs chosen for diagnostic relevance, performance, and variation complexity. Five children is a ceiling, not a guaranteed number of separate reviews.

Frequently asked questions
Before you request a Blueprint
How does the introductory launch rate work?
The introductory launch rate is $1,995 for the first three qualifying paid Blueprint engagements that meet the standard scope. Standard price thereafter is $2,495. Promotional availability is confirmed before invoicing, and an inquiry does not reserve a place. The introductory rate is limited to one Blueprint engagement per eligible business, cannot be combined with other discounts or service credits, and excludes Vendor Central, additional marketplaces, and custom-scope engagements unless approved in writing. Full promotional terms are provided before purchase.
Who is eligible for the standard Blueprint?
The standard Blueprint covers one brand in one US Amazon Seller Central marketplace, high-level screening of up to 50 qualifying advertising campaigns, report-based screening of up to 30 active parent ASINs, and up to five priority parent-ASIN deep dives. Vendor Central accounts, additional marketplaces, accounts exceeding these limits, and substantially complex structures require individual scoping.
How many campaigns and products are screened?
The standard scope includes high-level screening of up to 50 qualifying advertising campaigns and report-based screening of up to 30 active parent ASINs. Qualifying campaigns have spend, and active parent ASINs have at least one child sold or advertised, during the 90 calendar days before the agreed assessment data cutoff.
How many products receive a deep dive?
Up to five priority parent ASINs, selected by The AMZ Specialist in consultation with you, receive detailed SEO, conversion, content, and performance assessments. Representative child variations may be included within the confirmed scope.
Can a new or pre-launch product be selected?
Yes. When meaningful sales or advertising history is unavailable, the assessment focuses on listing quality, positioning, SEO opportunities, and launch readiness rather than unsupported performance conclusions.
What access is required?
After scope confirmation, we identify the required Seller Central and Amazon Ads reports and request only the minimum account permissions needed for the assessment. Read-only permissions are used where supported. Your Amazon password is never required.
Does the Blueprint include implementation?
No. It is a diagnostic and planning engagement. Advertising changes, listing rewrites, creative production, publishing, catalog corrections, and ongoing management are not included.
How long does it take?
The delivery target is 10–15 business days after payment is complete and all required access and usable data have been received and confirmed complete. Final timing is confirmed during scoping. The scope confirmation records the data cutoff, required inputs, completion date for those inputs, and target delivery window.
Can Vendor Central brands request a Blueprint?
Yes. Vendor Central accounts require individual scoping and custom pricing.
What follow-up is included after delivery?
One 60-minute findings session is included. Book the session within 14 calendar days of delivery. The session must be held within 30 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may submit one consolidated round of written clarification questions within seven calendar days after the session. Corrections of verified factual errors are included. New analysis and revisions based on new information are not included. Full terms, including scheduling and clarification windows, are confirmed in your scope confirmation before purchase.
What happens after I receive the Blueprint?
You can implement the priorities independently or request separately scoped assistance through the 45-Day Efficiency Reset, Amazon Marketplace Projects, Amazon Ads Management, or Full Amazon Account Management. No follow-on service is required, and the Blueprint does not include an automatic credit toward another service.
How does it differ from the Ads Audit?
The Ads Audit is a deeper advertising-specific diagnostic with its own 35-campaign base scope. The Blueprint is broader and includes high-level advertising screening plus SEO, listings, conversion, catalog, inventory, and operations. It does not automatically include the complete Ads Audit.
How is the Blueprint different from automated Amazon account analysis?
Tools may support data organization, screening, and pattern checks. The experienced Amazon marketplace specialist leading your Blueprint evaluates the evidence, tradeoffs, constraints, priorities, and recommended actions, then explains the conclusions in the live findings discussion.
