How Membership Works

A clear, repeatable way to get experienced guidance.

1

Submit one focused issue

Use the member form and include the relevant context, screenshots, or reports.

2

Receive your Advisory Review

One Advisory Review is worked at a time. Additional accepted requests are handled in the order accepted. The response target is about 3 business days once a complete request becomes the current Advisory Review.

3

Clarify the same topic

Reasonable same-topic follow-up questions are included for 7 calendar days after delivery. They do not use another Advisory Review and are handled separately from the review queue.

What is an Advisory Review? A focused review of one clearly defined Amazon Ads issue or decision. Depending on the request, your review may include written guidance, light supporting analysis of the data you provide, screenshots, and specific examples. It is focused advisory support, not an account-wide diagnosis or done-for-you implementation.

Representative Questions

What can you bring to Access?

Access works best when you can define one primary advertising issue or decision and provide the context needed to review it.

  • Should I increase the budget on this campaign that keeps running out of money?
  • How should I restructure campaigns for this ASIN before increasing spend?
  • Why did ROAS on this campaign drop from 3.6 to 2.4 while conversion rate stayed stable, and what should I investigate first?
  • Should I negate this target after 22 clicks, $74 in spend, and no sales, or allow more data?
Not a focused Access request:
  • Audit my entire Amazon Ads account.
  • Build and implement these campaigns for me.
Not sure how to frame the request? Share the situation and the relevant screenshots or reports. You will be guided toward the clearest question that can be handled within an Advisory Review.

Is Access Right for You?

Recurring guidance works best when you stay in control of the account.

Good fit

  • You manage Amazon Ads yourself or with an internal team
  • You have focused questions or decisions that need experienced guidance
  • You want recurring advisory guidance rather than done-for-you management
  • You are comfortable implementing recommendations yourself

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you join.

How many Advisory Reviews do I get per billing cycle?

You may request up to 4 Advisory Reviews during each billing cycle. Accepted requests count toward the billing cycle in which they are accepted. Unused reviews do not roll over and have no cash value.

What counts as one Advisory Review?

One Advisory Review covers one clearly defined Amazon Ads issue or decision. A request counts toward your allowance once The AMZ Specialist confirms it is complete, in scope, and added to the review queue. Requests declined as out of scope, or withdrawn before becoming the current Advisory Review, do not count. A reasonable amount of help framing the request is included.

What happens if my request is outside scope?

You will be asked to narrow the request or directed to a more appropriate service before substantive review begins. A request counts only after The AMZ Specialist confirms it is complete, in scope, and added to the review queue. Requests declined as out of scope, or withdrawn before becoming the current Advisory Review, do not count.

When will I receive a response?

The response target is about 3 business days for each complete request once it becomes the current Advisory Review. This is a target, not a guarantee. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, based on Pacific Time. If additional time is needed, you will be notified.

Can I submit more than one request?

Yes. One Advisory Review is worked at a time. Additional accepted requests are handled in the order accepted. Each accepted request counts toward the billing cycle in which it was accepted.

Can my team use the membership?

Yes. A designated team member may submit requests on behalf of the purchasing business. The membership may cover brands or Amazon accounts owned and operated by that business. It cannot be shared across unrelated businesses, client accounts, or third parties.

Can I upload reports or screenshots?

Yes. Include only the materials needed to understand the issue. Never include passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated customer data. If your organization has specific security or retention requirements, confirm them before uploading files.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes. Reasonable same-topic follow-up questions are included for 7 calendar days after delivery. Same-topic follow-up does not use another Advisory Review and is handled separately from the review queue. After the 7-day follow-up period, or when the question introduces a new issue, different item, or materially broader analysis, a new Advisory Review is required.

What happens when my billing cycle renews?

Your allowance resets to up to 4 Advisory Reviews on your renewal date. Unused reviews do not roll over and have no cash value. Accepted requests remain associated with the billing cycle in which they were accepted, even if delivered afterward.

What happens if I cancel while a review is still open?

Membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. Any Advisory Review accepted before the paid cycle ends will still be completed, even if delivery occurs afterward. No new requests may be accepted after membership ends. The 7-day same-topic follow-up window remains available for any review delivered after cancellation.

How do I cancel?

Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Membership remains active through the current paid billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable, and unused reviews have no cash value.

How is Access different from the Audit or a Strategy Session?

Access ($199/month founding or $249/month regular) provides recurring focused advisory guidance for clearly defined Amazon Ads issues and decisions. The Amazon Ads Performance Audit ($995 one-time) provides a comprehensive account-wide diagnosis and prioritized action plan. A 60-minute Strategy Session ($299 public or $249 for active Access members) provides live discussion around one complex issue.
